Food words people mispronounce
Most difficult food words in English are recent borrowings that kept their original spelling but not their original sound rules. Bruschetta uses an Italian hard ch, so it is broo-sket-ta, not broo-shetta. Learning the source language's rule usually fixes the whole family of words at once.
